CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEET
To insure a successful and pleasant experience for you & your pet, we make the following suggestions:

1. Animals should be taken on a "potty break" prior to entering the photo studio.
2. Animals should be free of fleas and other parasites.
3. Animals should be brushed out/groomed prior to entering the studio.
4. If you should arrive early or if the studio door is closed, please knock.
5. If there are two or more subjects in the photo, dress in complimentary colors.
6. Please do not dress in the same color as that of your pet's coat.
7. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.
8. We encourage you to bring your pet's or child's favorite toy.
9. Please keep your pet under control at all times.
10. Please help us keep on schedule by being punctual & selecting your photos in a timely fashion.
11. Don't forget to ask your photographer or staff about our "specials".
12. Personalized Holiday Cards are now available by special order.
